Ares S1 Description
The creative spark for the S1 Project Coupè was simple but not trivial: to create a car that possessed an extreme design and exceptional performance, centred around an authentic and unfiltered driving experience. Inspired by the design philosophy of the most iconic racing prototypes of the 1970s and 1980s, S1 Project Coupè was born: the vision of the hypercar by ARES Modena.
With a short, sharp front-end, pronounced wheel arches, forward sitting cockpit and a wraparound windscreen, the S1 Project Coupè was developed to recreate the sensations reminiscent of race cars of yesteryear The ARES’ Centro Stile has designed an aggressive but flowing stance while producing maximum downforce and minimum aerodynamic resistance. Its sleek composition and performance are enhanced by its dynamic rear spoiler and the eye-catching exhaust exiting the bonnet – an iconic-styled feature specifically created to optimise aerodynamics and leave the rear extractor area free and clean. Careful stylistic and aerodynamic research has led to a perfect integration of functional and aesthetic elements to create a timelessly shaped car that will not lose its appeal over the years.
